Our 100% guarantee delivery includes replacement of damaged and lost items.
Refunds can be arranged within a 7 day period from the day the parcel is received by the recipient. The goods must be unopened and sealed to be eligible for the refund. The refunded amount will exclude the shipping and handling charges incurred to deliver the parcel.
Exchanges are not accepted due to our multiple warehouse system.
We process the items on the following working day.
The seller is not liable for delays in shipping as it is the responsibly of the shipping courier.
If the goods are damaged, photographic evidence must be shown for a replacement of the damage item(s).
For lost items, we will replace it immediately after confirmation with the shipping courier that it is lost.
For wrongly sent items, photographic evidence must be shown with proof.
The buyer will bare the postage cost of shipping back the wrongly sent item.
The seller will bare the postage cost of sending the correct item.
