For example, if your order comes in on Friday, your order is packed on the following Monday, and sent out on Tuesday, depending on the courier, your order might arrive in 3 - 9 business days which will range from Thursday (Tuesday - Thursday is 3 working days) to next Friday (total of 9 business days) latest. For UK and Australia, we stock DR’s Secret (#1 - #10), all other items (Aestier, Black Currant Seed Oil etc… ) will be sent directly from Singapore till there is more demand.

Our 100% guarantee delivery includes replacement of damaged and lost items.
Refunds can be arranged within a 7 day period from the day the parcel is received by the recipient. The goods must be unopened and sealed to be eligible for the refund. The refunded amount will exclude the shipping and handling charges incurred to deliver the parcel.
Exchanges are not accepted due to our multiple warehouse system.
We process the items on the following working day.
The seller is not liable for delays in shipping as it is the responsibly of the shipping courier.
Please allow custom delays subject to your country. Holiday Season delays are common during Christmas period.
If the goods are damaged, photographic evidence must be shown for a replacement of the damage item(s).
For lost items, we will offer a replacement after confirmation from the shipping courier on its lost status.
For wrongly sent items, photographic evidence must be shown with proof.
The seller will bare the postage cost of sending the correct item, and the seller will refund the buyer the cost of returning the wrongly sent item.
We deserve the right to change the location of the shipment to the nearest available warehouse in the event of stock unavailability.
