Question: I am currently using DR Secret and I would like to switch to Aestier at the meantime to tone down the effects of DR Secret ingredients. Could I use Aestier and return back to DR Secret later?
Answer: Aestier is a skin maintenance regime and uses less active ingredients than DRs Secret. It is suitable if you decide to use it once you achieved your desired complexion after using DRs Secret. You could switch to Aestier for the time being if you think DR Secret is too active for your skin.
DRs Secret and Aestier can be used interchangeably (eg: Aestier Total Base with DR Secret Pimple Serum).

How To Clear Clogged Pores
Clogged pores is one of the leading causes of acne and skin blemishes, resulting in round reddish spots on the skin. When sebaceous glands produce excess oil in the skin, it could combine with dead skin cells and form a plug. Bacteria within the plug begins to grow and results in a blemish. Clogged pores are most visible on the face, and can also occur on other parts of the body such as the back, neck, arms or chest. Preventing pores from becoming clogged requires daily deep cleansing and skin care maintenance.
People with oily and combination ( oily + dry) skin type are most prone to clogged pores as a result of excess oil combining with bacteria and impurities in the skin. Proper maintenance for oily skin type is the key to preventing acne, blemishes, clogged pores, white heads and blackheads. It is common that people with clogged pores will have whiteheads/blackheads and acne breakouts as well.
Tips for Clearing Clogged Pores
1. Double Deep Cleansing
Cleansing step is the most important step to clearing clogged pores. Without a good cleansing regime, clogged pores will worsen with time as they are dislodged in the skin. With good cleansing habits, clogged pores can be cleared with regular cleansing and exfoliation.

3) Apply Less Makeup
Apply less make up and do not apply foundation that is heavy on your skin. Excessive foundation can clog into your pores, making it difficult to clean, resulting in blockage. Before bedtime, remember to remove all traces of makeup and refrain from sleeping with makeup on.
4) Keep Your Hair Away From Face
Keep your hair away from your face to preven the oils from your hair from rubbing against your skin to reduce clogged pores. Reduce the amount of contact between your skin and other materials to prevent irritation.
5) Do not Touch Your Face
Keep your hands off your face to prevent transfer of oils and bacteria from under your nails and hands to your skin. Do not pop your pimples or blackheads with your nails as it might result in infections.
6) Use Toner to Tighten Your Pores
Tighten your pores by applying Toner to firm up your skin after cleansing step. DR’s Secret Toner helps to firm up your skin and regulate sebum secretion, sooth and hydrate skin.
7) Moisturise Your Skin To Encourage Healing
After double deep cleansing, it is essential to nourish the skin with a water based moisturiser to encourage skin cell renewal. This is to prevent over drying of the skin from exfoliation step. Exfoliate only two to three times a week, and use Moisturiser after exfoliation to prevent dryness.
8 ) Apply Sunscreen to Prevent Make Up from Clogging Pores
DR Secret Sunscreen can be used as a makeup based to prevent clogged pores, by forming a protective layer to prevent make up from seeping into the skin. Apply light make up after Sunscreen step for best results.
7) Extra Step for Enlarged Pores
Enlarged pores, especially around the nose area, use DR’s Secret Refining Serum to close up enlarged pores to prevent formation of blackheads in the future.

What is Dermatologist Skin Care?
Dermatologist skin care is a high quality skin care that uses dermatological grade ingredients in its formulation to actively treat the skin. What is the difference between Dermatologist Skin Care and other skin care?
The difference is that normal skin care brands are for the mass market, for mild and normal skin types for regular daily usage for normal skin. For dermatologist skin care, it is for the treatment of existing skin problems such as acne and pigmentation. It is active in skin treatment and works by renewing skin cells. During the first two weeks, reddishness is normal due to increased blood circulation as a result of the treatment program.
Q: What Skin Reactions will I expect after using DR Secret and what should I do?
Depending on your skin condition, you will experience different reactions due to the removal of dead skin cells from underneath the skin is revealed on the surface area. Do continue application during this process.

Q: What is the difference between DR Secret #3 Skinlight and #4 Skinrecon as compared to T3 Skinlight and T4 Skinrecon?
Basically, #3 Skinlight contains Hydroquinone and T3 Skinlight does not contain hydroquinone.
Hydroquinone is a bleaching agent and under the new FDA regulations, the ingredient has been removed and replaced with Arbutin and other natural lightening ingredients
Note: The New T Series is an improved version of the old series and you will not experience as much reactions from your skin during the initial period as the process is being slowed down.
T3 Skinlight has the same whitening effect as the old Skinlight. However, it has been enriched with renewal properties to aid the renewal process. In conclusion, T3 Skinlight is now stronger than T4 Skinrecon.
For T4, it has been toned down. It aids T3 in the renewal process. The effects of T4 has been toned down, however it still performs the same functions as the old Skinrecon.
It is best to mix T3 and T4 together before application for the desirable results.

Q: Does DR Secret Skinlight contain Hydroquinone?
The previous old skinlight #3 does contain hydroquinone. It is possible to continue using the old skinlight.
The new Skinlight T3 has no hydroquinone, due to new FDA government regulations, hydroquinone is banned in off the shelf skin care products.
Q. How long does it take to see results?
After using DR’s Secret (1 set) for around 30 - 90 days, there might be up to 50% improvement in your skin. When you complete 2 sets of DR’s Secret, there is could be up to 80% improvement in your skin. For those who are over 30 years of age or have serious skin condition, we recommend continuous usage to maintain your desired complexion.
Our skin cells renew daily, and it is important to have a good skin care regime to maintain your complexion. It is important to use at bare minimum: Cleanser (day and night cleansing) and Sunscreen (for sun protection).
Q: I have sensitive skin, can i use DR. Secret?
A: Yes, you can use DR’s Secret. It is made from natural ingredients and it is suitable for all skin types. To test if your skin will have any allergic reactions to DR Secret, simply dab a drop of the formulation behind your palm. After 2 minutes, if there is no reddish or itchiness or allergy reactions, it is safe to use on your face. This is recommended for all cosmetic products that you use for sensitive skin type.
Q: I have been using DR Secret for two weeks and i am experiencing reddish spots… help!
A: In the initial stages of applying DR Secret, the impurities and dead skin cells are being pushed out of the skin from within, allowing new skin cells to grow. The reactions will last for approximately a month, do apply T3 Skinlight (more: faster reactions less: slower reaction) at the mean time.
Q. Can I apply DR Secret around or near eye area?
It is advisable to avoid applying at the corners of your eyes, nose and mouth as the skin in these areas are thinner and may peel off easily. We would recommend to apply DR Secret Eye Cream for areas around the eye area.
Q. Why is it not advisable to use make-up when using DR’s Secret?
Make up contains chemical substances that might harm the skin. Substances like wax and oil in cosmetics will slow down the process of re-construction and re-conditioning. It is advisable to apply a layer of Sunscreen over the skin to prevent make up from seeping into the skin.
It is recommended to apply a layer of Sunscreen, before applying make up, for best results.
Q: I got to know about Dr Secret’s skincare from a friend and colleague. i noticed that for a woman who is in her Mid 40’s, her skin was exceptionally dewy and moist, fair and unblemished. There was no sign of freckles or blemishes expected of a woman in her mid 40’s. She told me that she is using Dr Secret’s skincare. I would like to know more.

its potent antioxidant effects. It also supports mitochrondrial

Vitamin C
Vitamin C is essential for synthesis of collagen. Topical
